Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

Products & Services

• Products are sold exclusively online and may have limited quantities.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

For International Orders

• Import duties and taxes may apply depending on destination country.
• Final duty amount will be confirmed via email before shipment.

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Estimated shipping times by region:

• Pre-order items require 4–6 weeks production time (excluding shipping).
• Delivery may be affected by customs, weather, or logistics delays.
• All orders require a signature upon delivery.

Import Duties & Taxes

• Import duties depend on destination country and product value.
• NINISESI may assist in customs declaration and advance duty payment via shipping carriers.
• Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and related fees.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging.
• Proof of purchase and unboxing video required.

Timeframe

• Vietnam: within 48 hours of delivery.
• International: within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items
• Gift cards / vouchers
• Underwear, lingerie, swimwear
• Items not in original condition

Fees

• Original shipping fee and 10% processing fee are non-refundable.
• Return shipping and related costs are paid by the customer.

Defective Items

If your product is defective, notify us within 48 hours (Vietnam) or 14 days (international) and provide an unboxing video.

Resolution

• Exchange for a new item.
• If replacement is also defective → exchange again or full refund.

Refunds

• Processed within 10 business days.
• Excludes shipping and transaction fees (unless both items are defective).

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours if not yet shipped.
• A 10% processing fee applies to all cancellations.

If Order Has Shipped

• Cancellation is not possible.
• Customer must follow the return policy.

Pre-Orders

• If production exceeds the agreed timeline → cancellation allowed.
• Refund issued as e-voucher.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the website for illegal purposes.
• Upload malicious code.
• Violate intellectual property rights.
• Submit false information.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, logos, designs, and text — belongs exclusively to NINISESI and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
